Llama Music Cleanser is a free program that's responsible for filtering and separating all the songs you have stored on your hard drive, or other external devices, and you no longer want to save. Llama Music Cleanser accomplishes this through its own media player that you can use (iTunes, Windows Media Player, Zune Software, or Winamp), so you only need to tell the program which folder should be filtered, and then mark the files in it as "good" or "bad".
